HOW DO I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel/edit any orders once they have been paid. However, you can exchange, or return any item by emailing me at

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER

Not to fret! we have a 30 day Exhange policy from the date of purchase.

Hit us back with an email and we will send you a parcel return slip. once the itme is recieved back to us your new Item will be sent to you.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS

Unfortuantley once orders are finalised we can not change the Address. If you made a mistake, or the the delivery was unsuccessful, please let us know. We can resend your parcel when it comes back to our studio.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE

Orders are dispateched 24/48hrs via Australia Post & DHL Express.

* Please note during peak periods and unforseen circumstances / school holidays/ Christmas Holiday period packages may be delayed. So sorry for this as we know how annoying it is waiting for items to arrive.
MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM/S RECEIVED
